GEOCOMPOSITE APPLICATION:
GRID MARTIN 50/50  200 TF has excellent mechanical properties as geocomposite layer to increase, load-bearing surface with weak medium cracks on the asphalt.
 WARNING at installing GEOCOMPOSITE:
  • Rolls must not be longer than 50 m at installation
  • Asphalt emulsion is cationic KN-65, it must absolutely cover the entire surface of the aspalt
  • Geotextile material must be melting felt, it must soaked in the whole surface of the emulsion
  • NOT ALLOWED TO ADD SOLVENTS IN EMULSION!
  • Base layer of asphalt, after scraping weared off layer, must not have furrow deeper that 7 mm
  • Implemented geocomposite must not have wrinkles during installaion
  • Overlapp must be min 20 cm
  • On slopes and curves it is mandatory to rivet geocomposite ( 1 rivet/m)
